Embroidery is when thread is stitched into a garment. Contrary to popular belief, embroidery is a very price effective option for any size order and continues to be a popular favorite year after year. It’s a terrific way to add value to your next promotion. Unlike screen-printing, the more colors you have doesn’t necessarily increase the price.

Tackle-Twill/Sewn-on Lettering
Tackle-Twill is made with washable polyester material, then layered and zigzag stitched for durability. All names and numbers of professional sports teams and greek lettered sweatshirts use tackle-twill. We offer this service with minimums as low as 1 piece. Use tackle twill to really make your garment stand out.

Applique
Most recognized as collegiate sweatshirt decoration, this cut material and embroidery combination has expanded to include caps, bags and countless other promotional fabrics.
Chenille
Chenille emblems are made with acrylic yarn and are hand washable. These adhesive-backed emblems can be sewn onto any garment or adhered to any surface (think letterman jacket). Chenille adds a unique dimension and feel to your product and is actually quite underutilized, so be one of the few to offer this unique form of decoration.


Patches

Patches are made with a polyester backing which is die cut to shape, merrowed with a rayon yam border and then the design is embroidered on top. Combine patches with other methods of decoration for a truly custom piece of clothing. Patches are incredibly diverse, they can be made in almost any shape and sewn onto any garment in any location. Patches can also be made to sell alone without being attached to a product.
 
Combo Printing
Why limit yourself by using only one type of decoration? Combination printing can create a unique print that elevates the status of your product. Start with a standard screen-print and add highlights of glitter, or mix rhinestones with embroidery... the options are endless. If you're looking for something to make your apparel stand out, combo printing is right up your alley.
 

Personalization.
Most apparel can be personalized with screen-printing or embroidery. Personalization includes individual names, initials, numbers, or anything else that can be done with stock letters/numbers. All personalization requests must be provided in a typed document so exact replication of your typing will take place.
